The Forbidden Door pay-per-view is coming to London in two weeks, and the championship matches are starting to come together.

The TNT championship will be on the line as Kyle Fletcher faces a representative from New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Last night on AEW Collision in Roanoke, Va., Fletcher retained his title in the opener against Tomohiro Ishii.

Fletcher then issued the Forbidden Door challenge, which someone will answer on Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite.

Zach Sabre Jr. (pictured) will defend the New Japan World title at Forbidden Door against the winner of next week’s four-way Technical Spectacle on Collision.

Those competitors are Hechicero, Lee Moriarty, Daniel Garcia, and Collision color commentator Nigel McGuinness.

FORESHADOWING

Ricochet and his new buddies, The Gates of Agony, beat up some wrestlers in the back. Ricochet said he and the Gates must be given respect, or they will take it.

Big Bill said he would attack Juice Robinson the next time they meet. Bill was angry that Juice and Austin Gunn knocked him and Bryan Keith out of the Forbidden Door tag team tournament.

So, when Ricochet wrestled Juice, The Gates of Agony showed up to help. Then Big Bill hit Juice with a big boot, and Ricochet won the match.

WOMEN’S ACTION

The Triangle of Madness (Julia Hart, Skye Blue & Thekla) beat Willow Nightingale, Tay Melo & Queen Aminata. Hart and Blue hit a double slam on Melo for the win.

Megan Bayne squashed Emily Rose.

OTHER BOUTS

FTR and manager Stokely Hathaway beat Joe Keys, Josh Fuller & Ryan Zukko with Big Stoke getting the pin.

Stoke will wrestle “The Rated-R Superstar” Adam Copeland on Dynamite, and FTR must stay away due to a restraining order.

Hechicero defeated AR Fox by submission. Katsuyori Shibata successfully answered Max Caster’s “Best Wrestler Alive” challenge.

In the main event, AEW World champion “Hangman” Adam Page thrilled his hometown fans by teaming with Jet Speed to beat La Faccion Ingobernable.

Hangman scored the pin after a Buckshot Lariat on Dralistico.
