WWE NXT: Will The Undertaker Whoop That Trick?
“Don’t make The Undertaker mad” has been good advice for WWE wrestlers for over three decades. Trick Williams didn’t take that advice last night on NXT.
To be fair, Trick has a lot on his plate. He holds the TNA title, and he has to defend it on Sunday at the Slammiversary pay-per-view against Joe Hendry and Mike Santana.
Last night, Trick teamed with Hendry and Santana against Dark State. However, the match ended when TNA’s “The System” faction hit the ring to brawl with Dark State.
The frustrated Trick bullied some young wrestlers backstage, but they turned out to be The Undertaker’s proteges from the “LFG” show.
Next week in Houston, Undertaker will show up to give Trick his comeuppance.
MORE ANGER ON DISPLAY
Jordynne Grace also took out her frustrations last night.
She was mad at Blake Monroe for turning against her at Great American Bash and causing her to lose to NXT women’s champion Jacy Jayne.
Grace interrupted the match between Karmen Petrovic and Kali Armstrong to call out Monroe.
Stevie Turner and Robert Stone came out instead, so Grace beat them up.
Monroe appeared on screen in a bathtub and invited everyone to watch her singles debut next week in Houston. She will wrestle Wren Sinclair.
FAMILY BUSINESS
Tony D’Angelo won the three-way match over former mafia mates Luca Crusifino and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo. “The Don” pinned Stacks after a spinebuster.
In the main event, Sol Ruca, Zaria & Masha Slamovich defeated Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley & Jazmyn Nyx).
Masha pinned Jayne after a brainbuster. They will battle for the NXT women’s title and Masha’s TNA Knockouts title at Slammiversary.
