Seth Rollins, Naomi Grab the Briefcases at WWE Money in the Bank

Seth Rollins pulled off the “Heist of the Century” when he cashed in the Money in the Bank briefcase and won the WWE title in the main event of WrestleMania 31.

Now, he has the chance to do it again.

Rollins used his henchmen, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, to clear the way for him to climb the ladder and grab the briefcase.

The other competitors in the match were Penta, Solo Sikoa, El Grande Americano, Andrade, and LA Knight.

After Breakker and Reed showed up, Solo’s Bloodline 3.0 teammates (JC Mateo & Jacob Fatu) came to the rescue.

Just as Solo was about to grab the briefcase, Fatu yelled “I hate you!” and pulled Sikoa off the ladder. Fatu eliminated Solo by slamming him through another ladder.

Rollins stopped LA Knight from reaching the briefcase before grabbing it himself. Paul Heyman’s plan for Rollins to win Jey Uso’s World title is in effect.

WOMEN’S LADDER MATCH

Naomi won the women’s Money in the Bank match over Alexa Bliss, Stephanie Vaquer, Giulia, Rhea Ripley, and Roxanne Perez. Vaquer competed earlier in the day at the WWE-AAA Worlds Collide event.

Ripley and Bliss were climbing the same ladder when Naomi dumped them both and raced up the ladder for the victory.

Becky Lynch captured the women’s Intercontinental championship from Lyra Valkyria. Bayley is looming as a future challenger for Lynch.

Intercontinental champion Dominik Mysterio defeated Octagon Jr. to retain his title. Octagon also competed at Worlds Collide.

THE BIG TWIST

WWE champion John Cena teamed with Logan Paul in the main event against Cody Rhodes and World champion Jey Uso.

A masked man attacked Cena, leading to Cody scoring the victory with the Cross Rhodes. Who was that masked man?

It was R-Truth! This was a stunning development because R-Truth was released by WWE six days earlier.

The fans had chanted “We want Truth!” during the show, and they got him.
