There is a lot of hope and clout surrounding 2024 first-round pick Charlie Condon. Selected third overall by the Colorado Rockies from the University of Georgia, Condon didn’t exactly have the best start to his professional career. A thumb injury hindered his performance with High-A Spokane en route to helping the Indians win a championship. Then, an injury to his wrist in spring training left him preparing for the season longer than he perhaps wanted to.

Now healthy, Condon is back in action with Spokane and off to a solid start as he looks to help lead the charge of a wave of prospects aimed at bringing a winning culture to the Rockies. Ever humble and a man of few words, Condon sat down with us his recovery from injury, his views on leadership, and much more!
