This week, Skyler and Evan discuss the promotion of Dick Monfort’s eldest son Walker to the role of Executive Vice President and Team President for the Colorado Rockies. Does this move inspire confidence in the direction of the team moving forward? He’ll be involved with the business side of things, but with a desir.e to maximize resources could he end up having more input that before? There can be some cautious optimism, but the fear that more Monforts means more problems for the Rockies.  Meanwhile, the draft, the trade deadline, and the All-Star Game are all approaching rapidly!
