Ballpark Bets: Winners, a Funky Strikeout Parlay, and Dingers!

The Winners Parlay!

Giants, Twins, Brewers, Mets (+818)

The Giants need to step out of their funk. They’ve been playing a bad brand of baseball and they still cant hit, even with adding Rafael Devers. But with Logan Webb on the mound, there is a good chance they can squeak one out against the thriving Blue Jays. The Twins shouldn’t lose two in a row. Zebby Matthews isn’t the greatest, but Anthony Sentazela is bad. Gotta imagine the Twins get together offensively and get better pitching.

The Brewers have a favorable pitching matchup, despite being the underdogs (+118) by itself. Freddy Peralta and the Brewers have won 8 in a row and go for number 9. The Mets can’t lose; not on David Wright’s jersey retirement day.

The 5-4-3 Strikeout Parlay!

Freddy Peralta 5+, Sonny Gray 4+, and Ryne Nelson 3+ (+113)

Peralta is a lock for five. That’s the sweet spot and we just saw Quinn Priester strikeout TEN last night. Sonny Gray is a strikeout machine. Going conservative with four, because the Diamondbacks offense is quite good. Ryne Nelson has been a pleasant surprise and a steady presence in the rotation for the Diamondbacks. Three should be doable, especially after seeing Brandon Pfaadt punch out six.

Jackson Chourio 2+ Total Bases (+110)

Chourio has been a machine against righties and does have a juicy matchup pitching wise. He has 15 doubles off of righties this season, so take that as you will when looking to place this bet.

Dinger of the Day!

Pete Crow Armstrong (+400)

Feels inevitable right? Lucas Giolito was pitching phenomenal before the break. Still had a good outing, but did give up the home run for Suzuki. PCA has been good against righties this season, hitting 19 home runs. Gotta feeling Bello leaves one over the plate for him to pump out.
