Ballpark Bets: Totaling the Bases, Home Runs, Striking Em Out

Roman Anthony 2+ Total Bases (+110)

Everything underneath the surface was telling you that the hits were going to come. People aren’t into that sort of thing, but it does tell you a story. Anthony is having a good time at the plate and the results are coming. He now has three multi hit games in a row, which includes a three hit game on Sunday. Riding the hot hand and for the top prospect in baseball he deserves that.

Alec Burleson 2+ Total Bases (+135)

For whatever the reason, the Cardinals win the Paul Skenes games. Not cause Skenes is bad, but because the Pirates offense is bad. One player that has found results when it comes to facing Skenes is Alec Burleson. Burleson has six hits off Skenes, with one going for extra bases. Something worth noting. Between he and Donovan, they’ve found ways to get hits, and I imagine that continues.

Joe Ryan 6+ / Twins Win (+135)

The Twins are facing the Marlins and you can’t count them out. Heck, they swept the Diamondbacks. But Joe Ryan is a strikeout machine and has a nose for the zone. He has hit the mark in four of five starts in June, so the results have been there for this bet specially. The offense will deliver and get the win and they need one of those badly.

Paul Skenes 6+ (-195)

He had the worst start of his young career last time on the mound. Needless to say, he continues to be sharp against the Cardinals and come out dominant and with a chip on his shoulder. Six strikeouts has been in his wheelhouse this season.

Moneyline Parlay!!

Astros ML, Cubs ML, Brewers ML, Tigers ML (+720)

The Astros are taking on the Rockies. Say no more. The Cubs with Matthew Boyd on the mound are in good hands. The Guardians had the worst offense in June, hitting just .206 as a team. The Brewers with Peralta on the mound are in a good spot and taking on a Mets team that’s lost 13 of 16 games. The Tigers get the Nationals and overall I like that matchup!

Dinger of the Day!

Shoehi Ohtani (+165)

Ohtani takes the White Sox deep. Cause why not.
