Strider U 6.5 -105
Seven seems very lofty, even for Strider. He has only struck out more than five just once, and it was his most recent outing against the Phillies. That’s great to see, but he is taking on one of the best offenses in baseball with the Arizona Diamondbacks. I have no doubt he will be able to punch them out, but not seven times. So give me the under.
Skenes 6+ -165
Paul Skenes is dialed in right now. Each outing just seems to get better and better. He’s averaged 6 or more strikeouts in his last five outings and has struck out seven or more in his last three. He’s just carving up offenses like Thanksgiving Turkey.
Six seems to be his ideal sweet spot, so it’s a safe pick for some very easy money in my honest opinion. The Astros are a team that struck out six or more times in every game in their series against the Rays.
You bet it riding with Skenes today.
Greene 6+ -195
This won’t take long. Greene is a strikeout machine and has a nose for strikeout zone. The Brewers have been a machine of a team lately, so there is a challenge to achieving this as they are hitting the ball really well.
Greene ranks in the 90th percentile for strikeout rate and has 66 in just 54.2 innings of work. The Brewers are middle of the pack in strikeouts, so there is a recipe to success here.
As always, I ride with the pitchers.
Mets Money line +120
This one is a vibes pick. I love the legend that is Clayton Kershaw, but he has quite the hill to climb against the Mets offense and Juan Soto has figured it out. Megill has been slightly better so the pitching favors the Mets. Why not ride the underdogs for this one?
Daily Dingers! (New Daily Segment)
Mookie Betts +450
Welcome back to the lineup fella! Mookie Betts going yard for his 9th of the year after returning from injury sounds like a juicy pick.
