Ballpark Bets: Happy New Week of Baseball!

Texas Rangers Money line (+119)

Patrick Corbin is not a bad pitcher by any means and had given the Rangers reliable innings. They did drop a crucial series to the Mariners but are very much in the playoff hunt. What better way to get right in a crucial series against the reeling Yankees. The Yankees got swept by the Marlins and have played a bad brand of baseball. Sure, it’s Max Fried, but with that offense without Aaron Judge, forget about it. Go Rangers.

Roman Anthony over 0.5 Walks (+140)

I am shocked that this is an underdog bet. Especially given his approach at the plate. He is 21 years old and has a .400 OBP. Insane. Not to mention, he’s taking on Bailey Falter, who ranks in the 42nd percentile for walk rate, so there is a recipe here to generate at least one walk tonight. Since debuting on June 9, he has the highest walk rate on the Red Sox and has drawn the most walks. He has a good plate approach.

Just the Bags Hit Parlay

Francisco Lindor, Jose Ramirez, and Kyle Stowers (+173)

Francisco Lindor has gotten a hit off Slade Cecconi before, so there is that in what’s been a small sample size. Sean Manaea poses a strong threat, but Jose Ramirez. Kyle Stowers is coming off a phenomenal series. Riding that hot hand and what’s been one of the best bats in baseball.

Dinger of the Day

Vladimir Guerrero Jr (+265)

A Vladdy home run at Coors Field seems poetic.
