AEW World champion “Hangman” Adam Page was forced to make a deal with the devil on last night’s Dynamite episode in Glasgow, Scotland.

While Page was in the ring, MJF revealed that he, Ricochet, and Gates of Agony had attacked and tied up Mark Briscoe.

MJF threatened to set Briscoe on fire unless Hangman agreed to MJF’s demands.

Page agreed, so the following stipulations are in place for Sunday’s title match at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view in London:

·      The title can change hands on a countout.

·      The title can change hands on a disqualification.

·      MJF does not have to use the title-match contract that he won at All In Texas, so he can keep it for the future.

LIGHTS OUT PREVIEW

Will Ospreay opened the show by telling his fellow Brits that his neck is in bad shape, but he will wrestle in Sunday’s 10-man Lights Out cage match anyway.

The Death Riders came out to confront Ospreay, but their opponents showed up for the opening match.

Jet Speed (Kevin Knight & Speedball Mike Bailey) teamed with Hiroshi Tanahashi to beat the Death Riders. Tanahashi pinned Wheeler Yuta after the High Fly Flow frog splash.

A huge brawl took place after the match involving Ospreay, The Young Bucks, Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong, The Opps, Darby Allin, and New Japan’s “Bullet Club War Dogs” faction.

THE MONSTER LIVES

Nick Wayne announced that he had suffered a broken foot, so he won’t be able to team with Kip Sabian at Forbidden Door against Adam Copeland & Christian Cage.

Instead, Killswitch returned to attack Copeland and Christian. Killswitch is the former Luchasaurus.

TAG TEAM SHOWDOWN

FTR battled Brody King & Bandido to a 30-minute draw. Both teams will challenge The Hurt Syndicate for the AEW tag team title at Forbidden Door.

Mercedes Mone teamed with Athena to beat “Timeless” Toni Storm & Alex Windsor in the main event.  Athena hit the O-Face (flying stunner) on Windsor for the pin.

At Forbidden Door, Athena will challenge Storm for the AEW women’s title. Mone will defend the TBS title against Windsor, Persephone from CMLL, and Bozilla from Stardom.
