Furthermore, they have Emmet Sheehan on the mound, who has been iffy at best and this is a matchup that the Red Sox offense should feast on. Fenway Park. City connect green jerseys. Couldn’t picture a better victory Friday.

Ryne Nelson 5+ Strikeouts (+110)

This is a juicy matchup for Nelson, who’s been very stable for the Diamondbacks rotation. Getting five seems bold, but he is taking on the Pirates, who are very prone to the swing and miss. On the road, should be a treat, but I love this pick for today and against this Pirates team.

This one could be for the history books. Literally. Ohtani tied the franchise record for hitting a home run in five straight games. If he hits one tonight, that’ll set the franchise record. Seems like a good night for baseball poetry.
