Norton will take the field for his third team when he is featured at South Florida this season. He began at Iowa State before taking over at Charlotte in 2024. Last season, he rushed for 529 yards and seven touchdowns. Norton will help the Bulls offense take a step forward this season.
3. Alex Tęcza, Navy
It is a highly-anticipated season for Navy after 10 wins in 2024. Tecza is expected to be the started in the backfield for a Navy offense that opened it up a bit last season. Tecza was second on the team with 576 yards and eight touchdowns. He can also be used as a pass catcher out of the backfield.

Turner logged 734 yards in three seasons as he did not get the chance to fully showcase his abilities. That will not be the case at Tulane as he will enter the season as the RB1.
1. Robert Henry, UTSA
Henry led the team in rushing with 706 yards last season. The Roadrunners displayed a quick offense that can put up points. UTSA will ride the dual-threat abilities once again. He showed an ability to be used in the passing game as well, totaling 21 catches for 199 yards.
