3 Potential Trade Partners For Miami Dolphins CB Jalen Ramsey
There were many trade rumors floating around the 2025 NFL Draft last week.
The Miami Dolphins were right in the middle as cornerback Jalen Ramsey seemingly became available. There was no deal made but there could be many teams looking for an experienced corner that is still playing at an extremely-high level.
Below, check out three teams that have the assets and need to get this deal done.
3. Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens have seen plenty of injuries in the secondary in recent years. This led to moves being made over the last two years, including Nate Wiggins in the draft last year. The Ravens signed Chidobe Awuzie in free agency prior to the draft as well. There is one final move that could solidify the secondary for a Super Bowl contender like Baltimore. The Ravens will enter the season as one of the top teams in the league once again. Ramsey would give them a true No. 1 cornerback and add even more depth to a unit that could use it.
2. Arizona Cardinals
Jonathan Gannon has worked hard this offseason to build up his defense in Arizona. The plan was put into motion in free agency with big-time additions such as Josh Sweat, Calais Campbell, and Dalvin Tomlinson. The Cardinals continued to beef up the defensive line with Walter Nolen in the draft. The team still has over $30 million in cap space this season. If the Cardinals want to make a move in a strong NFC, the addition of Ramsey could go a long way. There are many top-end wide receivers that Arizona will have to go through. The duo of Ramsey and Sean Murphy-Bunting would immediately become one of the top in the league.
1. Las Vegas Raiders
Don’t look now but the Las Vegas Raiders are stacking up assets. Pete Carroll was brought in to get the franchise back to neutral. His early moves included trading for and extending Geno Smith to give the team a quarterback. Las Vegas needed a running back and saw Ashton Jeanty fall into its lap during the draft. The Raiders could use some help in the secondary and Ramsey would provide help right away. It would give the Raiders a chance to shut teams down at all three levels.
