WWE NXT: Heritage Cup Reappears Along with TNA Champion Joe Hendry

Las Vegas is a place of magic. At Stand & Deliver on Saturday, magicians Penn & Teller made the Heritage Cup Trophy disappear.

Last night on WWE NXT, they made it reappear just in time for Lexis King to take it to the ring.

King challenged North American champion Ricky Saints to a cup vs. title match for next week. But first, King had to defend the cup.

Noam Dar, who has held the Heritage Cup the longest, reappeared and defeated King to capture the cup for the fourth time.

SAY HIS NAME …

… And he appears! TNA champion Joe Hendry was still in Las Vegas after his match against Randy Orton at WrestleMania on Sunday.

Hendry interrupted a verbal battle between NXT champion Oba Femi and former titleholder Trick Williams. Hendry staked his claim for an NXT title shot.

WOMEN’S TITLE BOUTS

Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez retained the WWE women’s tag team title with a win over Tatum Paxley & Gigi Dolin.

Stephanie Vaquer beat Roxanne Perez in the main event to retain the NXT women’s title. Perez is ready to graduate to Raw or Smackdown.

OTHER ACTION

Dark State continued its early run of success, as Osiris Griffin & Dion Lennox beat Myles Borne & Je’Von Evans.

Thea Hail defeated Fallon Henley by submission to the Kimura lock.
