John Cena and Randy Orton are likely to do battle one last time.

Cena opened last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw. He said he would hold his 17th World title for the rest of the year and take it home.

Randy Orton dropped the champion with the RKO.

The Backlash show on May 10 will take place in Orton’s hometown of St. Louis, so he could challenge Cena and try to win his 15th World title.

Roman Reigns and CM Punk both attacked Paul Heyman during his show-closing celebration with Seth Rollins.

However, Bron Breakker evened the odds and helped Rollins stand tall at the end of the night. Breakker is now a Paul Heyman Guy.

HAPPY RUSEV DAY

Rusev returned to WWE, attacking Otis and Akira Tozawa of Alpha Academy. Rusev is a former US champion who spent time in AEW wrestling as Miro.

Dominik Mysterio defeated Penta to retain the Intercontinental title. JD McDonagh returned from injury to help Dirty Dom win the match.

Jey Uso celebrated his World title with his brother Jimmy, as well as Sami Zayn.

Gunther, irate over losing the title, put announcers Michael Cole and Pat McAfee in the sleeper hold.

BAD BECKY

Becky Lynch & Lyra Valkyria lost the WWE women’s tag team title back to Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez after winning the belts at WrestleMania.

Lynch attacked Valkyria after the match. Morgan & Rodriguez captured the belts for the fourth time, extending their record.

Iyo Sky celebrated her win over Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair at WrestleMania. She then defeated Stephanie Vaquer by disqualification after Roxanne Perez interfered.

Tonight on NXT, Perez will challenge Vaquer for the NXT women’s title. Morgan & Rodriguez will defend the women’s tag team title against Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley.
